Reenan Tages

Reenan Tages assists developers, owners, and property managers in transactional and regulatory compliance matters involving multifamily affordable housing programs. He primarily represents clients in Section 8 assignments and renewals, as well as transfers of ownership of HUD-insured properties. Additionally, he assists owners in transitioning their properties to Project-Based Voucher assistance upon the expiration of affordability restrictions on a property, usually associated with the maturation of HUD-held or insured loans or expiration of HUD use restrictions.

While a student at the University of Virginia School of Law, Reenan worked in the Housing Clinic with Legal Aid Justice Center, interned with Judge Robert N. Scola Jr. at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and spent a summer with a law firm in Delaware representing developers in commercial real estate transactions.
